The Climate Change Adaptation of Livelihoods through Rural Finance (CALRF) is a targeted, multi-million dollar programmatic initiative (often backed by international groups like the Adaptation Fund and local government agencies) designed to build resilience in vulnerable rural and agricultural communities.

Climate Change Adaptation of Livelihoods through Rural Finance (CALRF)

An aim to achieve a quantifiable outcome within a given time-frame, set by an institution such as a national government.
