Development of Malaysia’s Second Biennial Transparency Report and combined Third Biennial Transparency Report and Fifth National Communication under the UNFCCC

To support preparation of Malaysia’s 2nd Biennial Transparency Report and a combined 3rd Biennial Transparency Report and 5th National Communication Report for the fulfilment of the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA). The project will support Malaysia in complying with its commitments under the international conventions.
