Summary

The main objective of the proposed project is “to enhance the resilience, inclusive and sustainable eco-human settlement development through small scale infrastructure interventions in the coastal regions of the Mekong Delta in Viet Nam.” To align with the request from the national and local governments to promote the sustainable eco-human settlement in Viet Nam, the project takes a comprehensive and holistic approach which combines a number of horizontally and vertically interrelated resilience approaches towards the strengthening of institutions, communities, ecosystems and physical, natural and social assets.
