To support the Republic of Moldova to meet enhanced transparency framework (ETF) requirements for action and support, as defined in Article 13 of the Paris Agreement, by strengthening institutional and technical capacity for measuring and reporting on emissions (GHG inventory), tracking progress on NDCs, including mitigation and adaptation activities, and finance, technology, development and capacity building support received and needed.
