To support twenty-five (25) developing countries in the preparation and submission of BTRs and combined BTR/National Communications (BTR/NCs) in a gender-responsive manner that aligns with the reporting requirements of the UNFCCC and the Paris Agreement (PA), while also addressing each country's unique national development priorities.

<p>The project aims to strengthen climate information and early warning systems in The Gambia and Tanzania by improving the generation, delivery, and use of climate data and services to enhance resilience and reduce vulnerability to climate-related hazards. It will modernize meteorological and hydrological infrastructure, establish multi-hazard early warning systems, and enhance institutional coordination across national and local levels. The project also promotes user-centered climate services for sectors such as agriculture, water, and disaster risk reduction, while ensuring accessibility of information to farmers, women, and youth.</p>

To unlock finance and build capacity to support governments and agricultural stakeholders in transitioning from unsustainable agricultural practices to sustainable and climate resilient ones, through uptake of nature-based solutions to build the resilience of farming practices to climate change, protect, regenerate and improve productive landscapes and soil health and reduce soil and water pollution from harmful agrochemicals

Local CSOs and CBOs in landscapes-seascapes around the world access grant financing and technical assistance, including capacity development and knowledge sharing to maintain and enhance their socio-ecological resilience, well-being and socio-economic conditions for global environmental benefits.
