<p>The project aims to enhance the resilience of vulnerable small island communities in Grenada to climate change hazards through climate-smart agriculture, resilient rural infrastructure, and improved water management. It seeks to strengthen livelihoods, food and water security, and ecosystem health while reducing socio-economic vulnerability to droughts, floods, and hurricanes.</p>
