The Building Inclusive Resilience to Climate Change initiative is a US$24.55 million transboundary project led by the Adaptation Fund. It is implemented by IFAD to support semi-nomadic agro-pastoralists in the Kunene River Basin (Angola and Namibia) who face severe recurrent droughts, erratic rainfall, and water insecurity.
